Religion and Values Department
Every year at Sirius College the Religion and Values department organises a religion and values week for all of the primary students in Eastmeadows. Some of the activities that were initiated this year for the students were, drawing competition and kahoot quiz. Colouring activities in lower primary included, Prophet Suleyman's Hoopoe bird, Prophet Noah's Ark, Prophet Salihs camel, and Prophet Davoud's armour. Every student in lower primary was involved in one of the activities, allowing them to learn what the prophets were known for when they were doing their missions. We have given some awards and prizes for the students who came first in the drawing and Kahoot competition. All the students in primary enjoyed the REV week and we thank all staff for their support.
Confidence!
Confidence
Dear Parents,
Our YCDI Value for Term 3 is Confidence. Not everyone is born with an inbuilt sense of self-confidence. Sometimes it can be hard to feel confident. We really encourage you to support us in helping your child build his/her confidence. These are some of the things you can do.
We hope that with your support, we will be able to help your child develop more confidence in themselves and their wonderful and unique abilities. If you have any questions, please speak to your child's teacher.
Thanking you kindly,
